Our service to downtown business districts easily remains the bread and butter of what we do. This includes working with Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), Special Improvement Districts (SIDs), Property Based Improvement Districts (PBIDs) and beyond.

No matter what type of organization we work with, we know that the frontline, uniformed Ambassadors are often the most outwardly recognizable aspect of our customers’ organizations, and we don’t take this responsibility lightly.

Since we began serving our first district in 1995, our continued curiosity and ambition have allowed us to build upon the traditional services of “Clean and Safe.” As we removed the graffiti and became proficient at the daily grind of litter, while at the same time making millions of people feel safer through the presence of Safety Ambassadors, we never stopped looking for “what’s next”. This mindset helps our districts address street-level challenges while at the same time focusing on helping customers capitalize on opportunities.
