The Fisherman’s Wharf Ambassador Program provides uniformed hospitality and cleaning services for the Community Benefit District. The Ambassador makes contacts with representatives of businesses within the boundaries of the District for the purpose of being visible, introducing themselves, distributing information regarding special events and attractions occurring within the boundaries of the District and to listen to concerns expressed. The Ambassador documents and reports activities that occur during their shift especially as they relate to quality of life issues. The Ambassador engages pedestrians and provides directions and information about the District, to include attractions, activities, businesses, restaurants and other locations and attractions within the District and San Francisco.
