In November of 2023, Downtown Little Rock Partnership in collaboration with the city and Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, launched a one-year contract to provide Ambassador services in the downtown. Eight Ambassadors work during the winter months, with two more joining in April for summer. They will make up a hospitality and cleaning team that will conduct safety patrols, remove litter and graffiti and provide health/welfare checks.
