144 Blocks - 21 Ambassadors - Serving since 2007
Provide removal of litter, weeds and graffiti from the downtown business district. A very intensive power washing operation also ensures almost every block face in the district receives a consistent level of cleaning. Also, a significant focus is placed on special projects to enhance the long term appearance of the district.

"I just moved here from Mississippi. The other day I was driving to Ogden, and my tire blew out. I had not changed a tire before and sat there distraught and helpless for about an hour before two extremely helpful men stopped and helped me-- [Ambassadors] Big John and Randy. After they put the spare on, we realized the tire was flat. And then the car would not start. They were nice enough to jump me off, follow me to the gas station to make sure I made it to get air, and let me follow them to Firestone since I didn't know where it was located.
I just wanted to let you know what extremely helpful and awesome people these two men are, taking time out of their busy day to help someone. I did not have much to give except my appreciation, so I'm hoping they may be compensated by Downtown Nola for their outstanding work!"
"I want you to know I was impressed, even surprised, by how clean almost all of Downtown is -- before Mardi Gras is over no less. What a marked difference from 10 years ago and even 3 years ago!
Thank you for continually stepping up to my challenge to do a little better every time. You have made Downtown New Orleans & the DDD truly world class in how we clean during major events. It's hard to find words for how proud I am right now; please just know that I am extraordinarily grateful for your commitment, creativity, & plain old hard work. You're the best."
