Downtown Raleigh Alliance

Provide Environmental Maintenance (Cleaning) and Safety Guides to the downtown area. Assist the Raleigh Police Department by "observing and reporting" criminal activity. Provide specialized outdoor cleaning services (manual and mechanical) to include litter patrols, graffiti and handbill removal, weed abatement, pressure washing, detailed cleaning of street furniture and minor landscaping. Provides Security services to city managed parking facilities.

Raleigh, NC: "Thank you so much , Block by Block!! I lost my check book in downtown Raleigh last weekend after visiting my daughter.  I had no idea where or when it disappeared. Very upset and frustrated, I immediately contacted USAA and stopped payments on all of my checks... 

Just two days later, I got a very nice phone call saying that my check book had been found! One of his officers had turned it in. What a relief! I'm very impressed and pleased with such a great service that exists in Raleigh. Please thank all of those involved who help visitors (like me!) and city residents.  It's nice to know that someone has my back!"

Raleigh, NC: "What a surprise and relief to see an Ambassador when I was fruitlessly searching for my car!  An Ambassador walked with me and also called-in the car description and license plate number to other Ambassadors. With four squad members helping, it was quickly located.  Many thanks for this wonderful service which I was not even aware is offered in Raleigh. Each person involved was exceptionally friendly and courteous.
